Chief Sales Officer
Tim Dillon brings deep experience in sales leadership and customer-centric strategy across high-growth and SaaS environments.
Prior to joining TouchSource in 2024, Tim held senior sales leadership roles including VP of Sales at Vertafore and TrackVia, and has served as a Sales and Go-To-Market mentor with the Techstars Boulder Accelerator. He is a proponent of strong culture, and developing high-performing sales teams.
Outside of work, Tim loves spending time in the mountains with his wife and 2 girls. He is an avid hockey fan and closely follows the Colorado Avalanche.
Chief Financial Officer
Kate Strecker is a Certified Public Accountant with 13 years of experience. She served as a financial auditor and controller providing consulting to various small to mid-sized companies with NowCFO. As CFO of TouchSource, she oversees accounting, audits, revenue and financial planning management along with all human resources.
Outside of the office she spends time with her husband and two young kiddos. She often can be found on the tennis court or the slopes in the mountains.
Chief Marketing Officer
Christine Viera has led marketing organizations in Fortune 500 brands and high growth start-ups, including her roles as VP of Marketing and Product Management at Oracle, VP of Marketing and Customer Experience at Level 3 Communications and VP of Products at Avaya among other leadership roles. Christine holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern and a BA from Cornell University. Christine has been recognized as one of 50 Women Marketers to Follow and Top 30 Most Influential Women in MarTech. When not focused on the craft of marketing, she can be found in the mountains of Colorado with her husband.
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff Wallingford has more than two decades of executive experience in operations and supply chain at companies including Flextronics, Crocs, and multiple venture-backed startups. He has brought up operations from scratch as well as managed billion-dollar P&Ls.
Jeff has a BSME from the University of Texas, and a joint MBA and MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University. Jeff and his wife have two sons at CU Boulder who share his love for old cars, music, and team sports.

Eugene Louw is the Chief Technology Officer at TouchSource, where he spearheads the development and execution of cutting-edge software solutions, leveraging his deep expertise in mathematics, computer science, and various programming languages. Eugene’s career is distinguished by his roles as a Software Engineer, VP of Software Engineering, and CTO, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to innovate and lead teams to success.
A Stellenbosch University alumnus, Eugene’s academic background lays the foundation for his technical prowess. Outside of work, Eugene is an active participant in the tech community and enjoys outdoor adventures.
Chief Executive Officer
Ajay Kapoor is the CEO of TouchSource, the industry leader in smart digital displays and IoT-connected directory solutions that improve the experience of tenants, visitors and shoppers. Prior to leading TouchSource, Ajay was the VP of Global Customer Experience at Imagine Communications and a senior executive at Avaya Communications where he ran professional services, consulting, and customer support.
Ajay is a graduate of the University of Texas with a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Philosophy. In his off hours, he can be found with his wife and daughter on a trail with either his boots, bikes or skis.
