Can anyone help me understand why Total PDF Printer only prints blank pages of all the PDF files I try to print when using it?

There could be a problem with the printing engine or with the Print Spooler. The first thing to do is to restart the Print Spooler from the Services menu (Start > Run > services.msc). Locate the service then right click it and select Restart. Since there is no way to diagnose the problem with the virtual engine, I recommend reinstalling it or choose another one. CutePDF Writer might be a suitable replacement for this job.
