infomod other characters, her intuition and perceptiveness giving her some insight into their motives. Obviously, some people would prefer that their characters NOT be subjected to this sort of thing, so this is what this permissions post is for!
Yako's dormant ability to
amplify other people's powers, or bring out dormant ones. If you're curious about how it works, it's described in more detail right

Please fill out the following form so I can better figure out how to have Yako interact with your characters! I'd really appreciate it.
Can Yako 'read' your character? If yes, to what extent? Basically, how easily will Yako be able to perceive your character's motives and emotions? If they are nonhuman (in some non-obvious way, ie. vampires, demons, angels) can she sense something 'off' about them? Am I permitted to use some OOC information from your tags? For example, if you have your character doing one thing, but make a note in the narration or
[ brackets ] that they're thinking another, am I allowed to have Yako pick up on this and use it ICly? She obviously won't be able to read their minds, but she can be pretty good at guessing at what someone is feeling.
If you prefer, you can have your character opt out of this entirely: in a city like Siren's Port, it's not weird to expect that she might not understand people as well as she thinks.
[optional] If your character is a villain/otherwise antagonistic, do you mind if Yako tags them? ... Considering that Yako's closest companions in canon are a demon, a former Yakuza member, and a (formerly) homicidal singer with the ability to control minds, she's sort of set a precedent for making friends with strange people. Unless you're evil incarnate, she'll probably try to make friends with you... but then, not every villain enjoys having that kind of CR. If you prefer that Yako and her do-gooder ways stay away from you, let me know.
Will Yako's power work on your character? While it's really just a yes or no (or 'ask me first') question, you could add any notes about how you think her powers will interact with yours; ie. extend the range of telepathy, speed up regenerative healing powers, etc.
Anything else? Whatever else you think I should be aware of!
