Easy Check-in

Checking in should always be seamless at Topcamp, at any time of the day. On this page, you will find information detailing the various check-in options available.

Check-in starts at 1:00 PM for camping, and at 3:00 PM for cabins, apartments, and rooms.

The smoothest check-in – recommended by us!

Check in with your phone

  • You’ll receive a check-in SMS on the day of arrival
  • Click the link in the SMS or email to open MyTopcamp – your personal page (C-wallet)
  • Log in or create a new account
  • Click on your stay and then “Check in now"
  • Check-in complete! Your phone gives you access to the barrier, doors, and cabin

If you share the booking link in MyTopcamp with fellow travelers, they must also follow steps 2 and 3 to access the booking.


If you arrive without a reservation and the reception is closed, please follow the steps below:

Check-in outside reception hours

  • 1. Visit Topcamp.no
  • 2. Book and pay for your stay
  • 3.Check email & SMS for check-in link

    Follow the steps above for mobile check-in

  • 4.You are now ready to open the gate / cabin

Check-in machine

Outside the reception area, you will find our check-in machine. You can quickly and easily check in, both during and outside opening hours. The card dispensed by the machine is used to access the gate, service facilities, and cabins. Additionally, you can make a new reservation, top up your card for the washing machine, extend your stay, and check out.

Topcamp Ekeberg
Topcamp Sjøsanden

Self service box

To open our self-service box, you use the code you have received via SMS, followed by #.

This applies only to pre-bookings for those who do not have the option of digital check-in.

Site map and practical information

You will find site maps and practical information on the website, under each individual destination.

Remember that you must always park in the pitch you have been allocated.

Check-out

Check-out must be completed no later than 11:00 AM for cabins, apartments, and rooms, and no later than 12:00 PM for camping.

You will receive an SMS on the day of departure with a link for check-out.

If you have been issued a key or key card, please deposit these in the black mailbox labeled "Check-out". The mailbox can be found by the reception and at the exit gate.
