Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of LANGA Tools — a WordPress plugin distributed in Lite (free), PRO (monthly/annual subscription) and Server (LANGA-managed hosting) variants. By using the plugin or purchasing a PRO licence, the Customer accepts these Terms in full.
LANGA grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install LANGA Tools on the number of sites provided by the purchased plan. It is prohibited to: sublicence, redistribute, decompile, modify or use the software outside the granted terms. Breach results in immediate licence revocation without refund.
The Customer declares they have a WordPress environment compliant with the minimum requirements listed in the official documentation, which include: WordPress 6.0 or higher; PHP 8.0 or higher; active HTTPS on the domain; WordPress administrator access; active internet connection from the server; no security plugins blocking outbound requests.
LANGA does not guarantee operation on environments that do not meet minimum requirements. Installation on non-compliant environments does not entitle the Customer to free support or a refund.
The plugin collects technical data from the site where it is installed (telemetry) and transmits it to LANGA servers for processing via AEGIS Tech. This collection is an integral part of the service and a necessary condition for its operation. The Lite version cannot disable basic telemetry. The PRO version allows partial configuration. Installing the plugin constitutes explicit acceptance of this arrangement, as stated in the Privacy Policy.
LANGA Tools PRO is a digital product with immediate delivery. No refunds are available once the purchase is complete and the licence has been activated. Pursuant to Art. 59, letter o) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for digital content provided on non-physical media whose execution has begun with the consumer’s express consent.
In the event of a documented malfunction attributable to LANGA (not to incompatibility of the Customer’s environment), LANGA will resolve the issue or, where impossible, may at its sole discretion consider a partial credit.
Technical support is included in the PRO plan for genuine installation and configuration issues on environments meeting minimum requirements. Support is provided via official LANGA channels.
Support does NOT cover and may be charged at an hourly rate in the following cases:
LANGA reserves the right to charge a support fee (minimum €50/hour) for out-of-licence interventions, subject to prior notice. Customers are encouraged to consult the complete documentation before requesting support.
The LANGA Tools software, LANGA Galaxy brand, AEGIS Tech, design and all documentation are the exclusive property of LANGA Tools. Aggregated and anonymised technical data collected via telemetry is owned by LANGA and may be used for any lawful purpose.
Services are provided “as is”. LANGA’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the last 12 months.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Court of Milan, unless the Customer is a consumer residing in Italy (in which case, the consumer’s court of residence).
