Getting the most out of your group experiences
Each session of the group builds on the previous session content, so attending each session is really important. The greatest benefits are gained by being there and able to focus, therefore it is recommended that you access childcare during the sessions when ever possible.
We understand life is unpredictable, so if you need to postpone your attendance we will arrange for you attend the next available group. If you need to cancel your course booking we refund your fee, minus a 10% administration fee.
Individual family sessions are also available
These sessions are for individual parents or family only. You have access to the group content through individual sessions with a qualified practitioner. This way practitioners can offer you or your family members individual support and guidance in the sessions. Private bookings cost $90 per session.
