At first, you’ll be connected to an AI agent. Type “live agent” to be redirected to a real representative. The AI agent will then ask for your contact number and transfer you to a live agent.

Once connected, tell the live agent that you need your TM SIM PUK code and provide your mobile number.
They will ask you a few verification questions such as:

• What was the last promo you purchased before your phone was locked?
• Can you provide a phone number you called within two days prior to the lock?
