Tito’s Italian Grill proudly introduces its new House-Made Pasta Program, a return to true Italian craftsmanship rooted in quality ingredients and time-honored technique. Made fresh daily using Shepherd’s Grain® semolina from Pacific Northwest farmer-owned partners, each pasta features bronze-cut shapes
and hand-made egg pastas for exceptional flavor and texture. Cooked to order for the perfect al dente bite, the result is an authentic, elevated take on Tito’s most beloved classics.
Sourdough Pizza
Our new artisan pizza crust is a celebration of flavor from the ground up. Made with non GMO wheat grown in Washington State and naturally leavened with a 100 year old sourdough starter, the dough is slow fermented to develop depth, character, and a perfectly balanced bite that is crisp on the outside and tender within. Each pizza is finished with our signature sauce crafted from Alta Cucina tomatoes, vine ripened at peak freshness for vibrant color, natural sweetness, and authentic Italian flavor. The result is a bold, crave worthy pizza experience rooted in quality ingredients and timeless tradition.

True to tradition, our menu can be fun and scrumptious or transport us to the other end of the world. The portions are generous, and each course is served with white and red wine.
