2. Build your Cost Seg Expertise with the Echo Learning Academy
Our cost segregation study tool, the “Echo Learning Academy”, will walk you through each step of your Cost Seg Study (CSS). Here’s what you’ll learn:
- Support on how to run a Matrix Benefit Estimate (see Step 3)
- EchoLite® Meta Data details (for your smaller cost seg projects)
- On-Site Verification (OSV) execution strategy knowledge base
- An overview of the Legal Analysis (LA) component of scope
3. Run all the Matrix Estimates you want
The Echo Matrix® benefit estimator is an accurate, reliable predictor model of the results of a cost seg study. With Echo access, you can:
