Our history
T.I.P.S. was founded in 1997 by Dr. Rainer Gaggl with a clear vision: to provide comprehensive, high-precision measurement solutions for semiconductor testing from one source. Recognizing the increasing complexity of semiconductor technologies, he set out to develop innovative and reliable testing systems that would meet the highest industry standards.
Just one year later, in 1998, Dr. Martin Eberhart, a fellow student of Rainer at the Technical University of Graz, joined the company as a partner. Bringing his expertise, he took over production responsibilities, ensuring that T.I.P.S. could deliver cutting-edge technology with unmatched quality and reliability in shortest lead times.
From the very beginning, collaboration, shared expertise, and a strong commitment to excellence have been the driving forces behind T.I.P.S.
