13th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Post

Congratulations to Capt. Victor Carrasco, #TheFighting13th Warrior of the Week. As the Mobility Officer for the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, Capt. Carrasco directs the massive transportation and logistics requirements for the unit's major pre-deployment training exercises. He is currently overseeing the movement of nearly 1,000 personnel and dozens of critical cargo pieces from Camp Pendleton to multiple training sites across California and Arizona. By leading his team to synchronize support for a wide range of concurrent operations, he ensures the uninterrupted flow of personnel and equipment required for mission success. Capt. Carrasco, a native of El Paso, Texas, distinguishes himself through his exceptional leadership and operational expertise. By conducting detailed embarkation planning for future at-sea periods and ensuring continuous support to distributed forces, his meticulous coordination directly enhances the MEU's ability to rapidly deploy and sustain combat operations. His professionalism and initiative make him an invaluable asset to the command and a superb example for all Marines. Thank you for all you do, Capt. Carrasco.
