Design
Our specialized design-build company has created a library of pre-approved ADU plans, cutting design costs, and permitting uncertainties. Our personalization process is straightforward: we provide tailored floor plans, elevations, and interior design options within your budget. For additional customization, we offer premium upgrades.
Financing and Budget
We provide a comprehensive cost estimate for the production of your home, establish a schedule, and procure the necessary materials. We assist you in contacting our local and national funding partners to walk you through the options to finance your ADU.
Permitting and Construction
Our design team represents your project and submits for your permits, addressing any building or planning department adjustments. We lead a Pre-Production Meeting with you at your home and finalize all of the practical details involved with how the build will impact your life. Once complete, we build your ADU.
Move In
Once the project is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. After confirming that everything is perfect, we hand over the keys to your brand-new ADU from Tiny Homes of Iowa!
