License Grant
By downloading Tiny Clicker, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

Tiny Clicker is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results
- Warranties that defects will be corrected or that updates will be provided

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the creator of Tiny Clicker shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to:

Prohibited Uses:

Antivirus False Positives
Some antivirus programs may flag Tiny Clicker as potentially unwanted software (PUP) or false positive due to the nature of its functionality.
Why This Happens:
- Tiny Clicker uses low-level Windows APIs to capture and simulate keyboard/mouse input
- These same APIs are unfortunately used by malicious software (keyloggers, bots)
- Heuristic scanners may flag the behavior patterns as suspicious
- Unsigned executables from unknown publishers trigger additional scrutiny
We Guarantee:
- Tiny Clicker contains no malware, spyware, adware, or viruses
- The software does not collect, transmit, or store any user data
- No backdoors, trojans, or hidden functionality exist in the code
- The software operates entirely locally on your machine

Local Data Storage:
- Settings are stored locally in
TinyClicker.iniin the same folder as the executable - Recorded macros are saved as
.recfiles only when you choose to save them - No data leaves your computer unless you manually transfer or share files
Tiny Clicker operates 100% offline and does not require internet connectivity. Your automation workflows remain completely private and under your control.
Updates & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue Tiny Clicker at any time without prior notice.
Software Updates:
- Updates are provided on a voluntary basis with no guaranteed schedule
- You are not required to update, and older versions will continue to function
- We are not obligated to provide updates, bug fixes, or technical support
- Breaking changes may occur between versions
Terms Updates:
- These terms may be updated at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements or business practices
- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of modified terms
- Check this page periodically for the latest version
Third-Party Components
Tiny Clicker is built using standard Windows APIs and does not include third-party libraries or components that would impose additional licensing requirements.

Termination of License
Your license to use Tiny Clicker is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.
Termination Conditions:

- Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code
- Distribution of modified or unauthorized versions
- Use for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
Upon Termination:
- You must cease all use of Tiny Clicker immediately
- You must destroy all copies of the software in your possession
- Previously created macro files may continue to be used
- Compiled executables created with Tiny Clicker remain yours to use
Governing Law & Disputes
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the software creator resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration
- You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits
- Each party bears their own legal costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbiter
Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
