A Fresh Perspective on Confidence

That next promotion, our ideal relationship, losing 10 pounds – Our endless pursuits can be exhausting.

But when it comes to confidence, we hold onto the myth we’ve all been told, led to believe that confidence and empowerment is gained through solitary achievement of personal milestones. But with each accomplishment, we find the goalposts constantly moving just out of reach, leaving us stuck in a cycle of self-doubt and constant striving.

Tina offers a groundbreaking
shift in perspective.

She believes confidence is not a solo endeavor, it is a team sport – and with the right support and community, every woman can become unstoppable, breaking barriers and achieving their dreams.

It's Time To Conquer
The Confidence Gap

Today’s workplace often holds women to conflicting standards—they’re expected to be competent but not too assertive, and nurturing without being overly emotional. To make matters worse, research identifies a clear “confidence gap” in the office, where women often underestimate their abilities compared to men, even when their skills and performance match up.

Did You Know…

Untapped Leadership Potential

When experienced female leaders feel undervalued, it’s a major loss for their organizations, missing out on vital leadership and mentorship opportunities.

Lack of Innovation in Decision Making

Widespread lack of confidence among women in managerial roles can weaken effective leadership, stifle risk-taking, and impair decision-making within organizations.

Higher Turnover & Disengagement

Organizations that ignore these confidence issues risk losing valuable contributors and creating a negative culture where women don’t feel empowered or valued.

Hi, I'm Tina.

I learned too late in my life that women need women. To be successful in the workplace. To feel understood. To help us believe in ourselves. To feel less alone in the world.

Each year I speak to tens of thousands of women across the country and the summary of all the conversations, breakthroughs, and “aha” moments is this: we need each other more now than ever, and it’s time to start creating opportunities for meaningful and powerful relationships to be formed with women in the workplace.

Through my speaking programs, I help women learn that their story matters. To learn their community matters. To see that they matter. That they are good enough right now.

I reach women by sharing my slips, struggles, and strengths in my journey to close the gap. I have found my teammates and I love helping my attendees know they deserve teammates, too, and how to find them.

Absolutely loved her and her topic! I really needed to hear that on that day, so it was very meaningful. I also loved the engaging questions to discuss with the women at our table. It was an excellent ratio of content and discussion time.”

Loved it! I appreciated our time to share at our tables. I’m going through some challenging things right now, and it gave me an opportunity to speak aloud about my low confidence level. My table mates validated my feelings and gave me some good perspective. I needed that!
