By renting a dumpster from Tidy Bug Dumpsters, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which state that the rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the agreed pickup date, with full payment required before or at delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing; additional fees may apply for extended rental periods, overfilled dumpsters, or prohibited items. The customer must provide clear and unobstructed access for delivery and pickup. Additional charges may apply if access is blocked or restricted. Tidy Bug Dumpsters is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces resulting from delivery or removal. Dumpsters are for disposal of general waste, construction debris, or other approved materials, and prohibited items include hazardous waste, chemicals, flammable materials, tires, and batteries; dumpsters must not be moved once placed. The customer assumes responsibility for the contents of the dumpster and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tidy Bug Dumpsters from claims, damages, or penalties arising from improper use. Dumpsters must not be filled above the designated fill line, and overloading may result in additional charges or refusal of pickup until corrected. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery, with late cancellations subject to a fee. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Missouri and St. Louis County, Missouri.
