Unite Pro 1.1

BZG (a current TidBITS sponsor) has updated Unite Pro to version 1.1 with a plethora of improvements following its recent reset (see “Unite Pro 1.0,” 9 March 2026). The site-specific browser now enables you to resize normal windows to very small sizes (great for keeping a persistent mini app on screen), enhances the reliability of pinned tabs with support for carrying pinned tabs across windows and sessions, adds support for external link forwarding, allows for rearranging bookmarks directly in the bookmark bar and bookmark manager, improves handling of website trust certificate prompts, resolves an issue where imported apps were not always signed correctly, addresses issues where some apps could open without certain shortcuts working, improves PDF preview downloads, fixes a bug where Unite could create multiple URL processes for the same Web view, and resolves a crash that could occur while searching for created apps to update. ($39.99 new with a 20% discount for TidBITS members, 35%-off upgrade for previous owners, free update for copies purchased after January 2026, available on Setapp, 34.1 MB, release notes, macOS 15+)
