TI8XBAS is a tool bar that provides quick access to commonly used features of TI8x calculators. It includes built-in commands such as ASM, CASE, DIM, ELSE, END, END ASM, END IF, EXIT FOR, EXIT WHILE, FOR, GOTO, GOSUB, IF, NEXT, RETURN, SELECT CASE, SET, WEND, and WHILE, as well as external ASM commands defined in the SUBS.INI file.
The tool bar allows quick access to some of TI8xBAS's more commonly used features. There are two main types of commands in TI8xBAS: Built in commands, and external ASM commands. The built in commands include ASM, CASE, DIM, ELSE, END, END ASM, END IF, EXIT FOR, EXIT WHILE, FOR, GOTO, GOSUB, IF, NEXT, RETURN, SELECT CASE, SET, WEND, and WHILE. All other commands are external ASM commands defined in the SUBS.INI file. Built in commands are compatible with all TI8x calculators, while the external ASM commands may be calculator-specific. All external commands follow the same basic syntax.
