About This Lunatic In My Head!

Well… Hello!

I am pretty shameless in my writing, in the sense that I exploit my feelings and experiences. I sometimes also try my hand at writing stories, by building up on happenings I see around me. Now, if you can keep a secret, I’ll let you in on one thing. Up until now, I have only disappointed myself with story writing. Poetry, on the other hand, comes quite easily to me.

Let me clear myself on one thing, though. I won’t say I am a writer. That would be saying too much. I note down a few things that happen to cross my mind, as I drift through lectures or as I lie in bed wondering about the silliest of things. That said, I do hope to become a writer someday. Till then, I’ll keep posting here. Till someday.

Here’s hoping you get lost in the winding ways of this Thought Train Network and don’t find the way out of this blog. *gives a cheeky smile*

  5. Whatever you say, you are a writer… maybe not an author but definitely a writer. So just keep stringing those words as the thoughts move you and authorship may come sooner than you think. Now following your blog…

  12. This is a great “About” page. If I put in a good amount of time on my own, I think it would read similar to yours. I sort of shoved mine aside and pretended it didn’t exist. Looking forward to reading more here.

  17. Only you can let the writer in you out. I know it’s a scary thought but you can do it. If you write you are a writer. Accepting that fact can be daunting. Thanks for following my blog.

    I like your idea if a writer, or at least what a writer should be. It’s clear you write from the heart – you got that raw gritty honest tone in your words, and that’s what renders your writing all the more powerful. Looking forward to reading more of you.
