Mobile device management delivers the ability to monitor devices such as iPhones, iPads, Androids and Windows phones. This capability also provides security control over the mobile devices. ThinkTech is proficient in creating and centrally managing settings and policies for your entire organization’s mobile devices and supported apps.  If a device is stolen or lost, we are able to remotely wipe the device and remove any company or personal data.

You will also have access to asset tracking and reporting. The reports and tracking will include device type, name, model, serial numbers, and app inventory. Mobile Device Management also provides you with the carrier information including phone number, data plan, roaming settings, and data use.

The security policies for the Mobile Device Management involve a required passcode that is complex with length, alphanumeric, and age. Other security policies are a number of failed attempts before locking, user restrictions, AppStore, web use, backups, and camera use.
