Beverly “Splash” Abbott
Litigation consultant
Beverly is the owner and president of The Trial Concierge Inc., a one-of-a-kind firm in the world of trial and jury consulting. She entered the legal profession in 1998 as an expert witness. In 1999, she left her career in trauma nursing and hospital administration to begin collaborating with attorneys and plaintiffs.
From the start, she began helping attorneys frame their cases and develop compelling strategies and themes for depositions, mediations, focus groups, witness preparation, jury questionnaires, Voir Dire and courtroom PowerPoint presentations.
Beverly has brought a distinct perspective to trial and jury consulting for more than 24 years. She has more than 135 trials under her belt and over 360 mediation and arbitration presentations, together yielding many 8-figure verdicts and settlements.
Beverly has become one of the most sought-after trial consultants in the industry. In 2024 and 2025, she set records by being instrumental in producing verdicts and settlements totaling over half a billion dollars. Her success is credited to her commitment to staying with her attorneys and clients in the courtroom for the full duration of every case. She is a true partner. Delivering valuable input early, constantly and throughout the case, she refines themes, witness preparation, openings, directs and crosses as evidence unfolds, in a way no other trial consultant offers.
Beverly is currently working with attorneys and plaintiffs on cases against UPS, Uber, GM, Ford, Love’s, HCA, SkyZone, J&J, Cleveland Clinic, AAA, Carnival Cruise Lines, Google and Child Protective Services, as well as numerous medical malpractice, catastrophic injury and sexual abuse cases. Because of her medical and neurological training, she is frequently called upon to help attorneys explain and present traumatic brain injuries and catastrophic spinal injuries to juries. She is the only trial consultant in the country with four decades of medicine behind her. While her record in catastrophic injury and medical malpractice is unmatched, she is equally accomplished in trucking cases, premises liability, construction defects, environmental matters, mass torts, sexual abuse, human trafficking and most civil cases.
Her philosophy: Jurors do not care how much you know until they know how much you care.
What most people do not know about Beverly is that she competed in the 1976 Olympic Trials in Swimming (the mile), forever earning the name she is most known by today… SPLASH.
