Everything is perfect and we've received so many compliments about the operational wingspan. They're incredible. Communication was consistent and much appreciated. Great people.

The order took a bit to complete which is completely understandable for it being hand built and the shipping was absolutely amazing, got to me in a little over 2 weeks and I’m in love!

Item arrived defective, but customer service is excellent, and they got it fixed. The product is awesome and exactly what I wanted, though slightly heavier than I expected. The worst was shipping service after repairing, UPS is really awful and to avoid (fought them for 3 weeks), but that isn't a fault of the seller.

My tail came with instructions belt and charger. Quality is good. The instructions are easy to understand and customer service prior to receiving my order was great. My daughter loves it and the app used to operate the tail is easy. I would recommend the tail. It also came precharged. I’ll update my review after we use it for awhile to tell how long 1 charge will last. My 8 yr old daughter is 53” and weighs about 60lbs and she is able to wear the regular size tail. The tail makes a slight noise.
