Studio Hero Pricing FAQ

The Small Studio plan starts at $205 per month (with an annual agreement) for a single seat and scales with the number of seats you add, up to $880 per month for 10 users. You can pay monthly or choose annual billing. The Enterprise plan, built for larger and multi-site studios, uses custom pricing, so you contact the team for a quote.

Both options cover the same annual agreement, and the difference is when you pay. The monthly option spreads your cost across twelve payments, while the annual option is paid once upfront for the year. For a single seat that is twelve payments of $205 or one annual payment of $2,460, and the total rises as you add seats.

The Small Studio plan supports 1 to 10 users, and you choose how many seats you need when you sign up. It is hosted on our cloud. Studios that need more than 10 users or multiple sites move to the Enterprise plan.

The Small Studio plan gives 1 to 10 users access to the Studio Hero platform, with standard cloud hosting included at no extra cost. The platform combines scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, equipment tracking, inventory, media asset management, and a built-in CRM in one system.

Standard cloud hosting is included at no cost, and the add-ons below are optional. External calendar sync is a one-time setup of $75. A QuickBooks Online connection is a one-time setup starting at $250. Dedicated cloud hosting is available for $475. You only pay for the add-ons you choose.

Yes. QuickBooks Online integration is available as an optional add-on, with a one-time setup cost starting at $250. It is offered on both the Small Studio and Enterprise plans.

Yes. Standard cloud hosting is included at no additional cost. If you prefer dedicated cloud hosting, it is available as an add-on for $475.

The Enterprise plan is designed for larger and multi-site studios and uses custom pricing, so contact the team for a quote. It can include optional Single Sign-On (SSO) support, an IT security review, scheduled support check-in meetings, a multi-site Master Service License Agreement, optional QuickBooks Online integration, optional calendar sync, and a preferential support tier.
