If you participate in a community feature — including but not limited to Office Hours chat threads, Writing Circles, or any future community spotlight feature — you grant the Publisher permission to reference your participation in connection with the Publication. Any use of your submitted content beyond the original context will be done only with your explicit permission.

5.1 No Responsibility for Writing Outcomes

The Publisher is not responsible for any outcomes related to your writing, including but not limited to rejections, negative feedback, commercial failure, or any costs associated with your writing projects.

5.2 General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Publication or any content therein.

5.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall the Publisher’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Publication over the prior six (6) months.
