24 February 2026: As informed the Philippine Navy has today commissioned the Offshore Patrol Vessel BRP Rajah Sulayman (PS-20) and the Fast Attack Vessel BRP Audrey Banares (PG-910).
Both vessels were commissioned at the Subic Naval Operating Base.

As informed, Anadolu Shipyard launched the future TCG AKDENIZ (F-519) on 3 February 2026. The lead ship of the class TCG ISTANBUL was commissioned in January 2024 and there are 6 other Istif-class ships currently under construction.

18 December 2025: PGZ Stocznia Wojenna has laid down the keel of the 2nd of 3 Miecznik-class frigates on order for the Polish Navy. Based on the Babcock Arrowhead 140 design (British Type 31) the vessels will have a LOA of 138m and displacement of 7000 tons. Image: PGZ Stocznia Wojenna.

USNS Lucy Stone (T-AO 209) was delivered to the United States Navy on Tuesday 16 December 2025. General Dynamics NASSCO has now delivered 5 John Lewis-class fleet replenishment oilers all operated by Military Sealift Command to supply fuel and logistics support to the USN. 4 additional vessels are in various stages of construction with a further 3 contracted. 2 December 2025: The Philippine Navy (Hukbong Dagat ng Pilipinas) has commissioned the 2nd Miguel Malvar class frigate BRP Diego Silang. Built by HD Hyundai Heavy Industries in Korea and launched in March it joins its sister ship Miguel Malvar in service.

The United States Navy has cancelled the construction of Constellation class frigates #3-6 on order at Fincantieri Marinette Marine (FMM).

Friday 21 November 2025: HII's Newport News division has delivered the future USS Massachusetts (SSN 798) to the United States Navy. USS Massachusetts will become teh 25th Virginia class submarine in service when she commissions in March 2026. Image: HII.

On the 17th November Turkish shipbuilder Dearsan Gemi Insaat ve Sanayii A.S. launched the first of two Fast Attack Craft for the Qatari Navy. Named Al Wakrah it is expected in service during 2026. Image: Dearsan

Oldendorff carriers have taken delivery of another two 82000dwt bulk carriers from Jiangsu New Hantong Ship Heavy Industry since the beginning of November. KODY OLDENDORFF was delivered on the 6th and a day later KALLE OLDENDORFF joined the fleet. Meanwhile KATY OLDENDORFF & KEVIN OLDENDORFF are fitting out alongside having been launched in September & October respectively.

Tuong Aik Shipyard Sendirian Berhad has laid down 4 x 290 GRT tugboats (IMO: 1148225 - 1148251) in the last fortnight of October for Indonesian owners. This is in addition to the two laid down in the first half of the month.

The Marine Nationale (French Navy) Floreal class frigate VENDEMIAIRE (F734) has arrived in Melbourne for a goodwill visit.

FSG Shipyard in Flensburg has launched the second Roll-on Roll-off cargo ship for Searoad for linking Tasmania with mainland Australia. SEAROAD I (9951680) was launched on Friday 7 November 2025 and on completion will replace the chartered LEIKUT joining SEAROAD MERSEY II on the daily service between Melbourne and Devonport.
