- What are ROCKETSOCKET products made of and where are they made?

- How do I know what size socket to use for my project?
Due to rust build-up or irregularities caused by wear and tear, the size of the socket extractor may not be the same size as the damaged bolt or nut. Trial and error will determine the best match from your ROCKETSOCKET extractor set.
- How do I remove an extracted fastener from a ROCKETSOCKET socket?
Use the knockout pin that came with your ROCKETSOCKET set to dislodge extracted nuts, bolts, and screws that may have become stuck in your ROCKETSOCKET during extraction.
- Are ROCKETSOCKET extraction kits impact-rated or professional-grade?
Yes! ROCKETSOCKET is ideal for heavy-duty and professional applications and can be used with air or electric wrenches.
- I broke one of my sockets and need a replacement. Do you offer single sockets?
We offer replacements for products registered under warranty. If you haven’t done so already, register your ROCKETSOCKET set here, including your shipping address.
- What is included in your warranty?
ROCKETSOCKET LLC warrants its products for their useful life against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This lifetime warranty does not cover sockets that are improperly used, abused, altered or repaired, and excludes all incidental or consequential damages. Register your ROCKETSOCKET product for warranty here.
- Do you offer left-handed or reverse thread socket extractors?
Left-handed screws and nuts are rare, and we do not offer socket extractors for them at this time. If you’d like to learn more about custom order wholesale options, including our minimum order requirements, please call 1-800-778-7319.
- Do you make a deep well socket?
Deep well sockets are not available in our ROCKETSOCKET sets. However, you can find them in our TurboSocket sets.
