I have a wonderful team of people to help me deal with my mental illnesses. These include:
My psychiatrist Dr Barry who I see weekly
My therapist Eileen who I see weekly
My occupational therapist Mark who I see monthly
My nutritionist Karen O who I also am seeing weekly for right now.
My social worker karen R who I dont see that often but who is always at the end of a phone should I need her.
I feel incredibly lucky to have this wonderful team around me. Without them I would not be where I am today.
