What is the cost to attend the[PACK]out conference?
        • Prices vary by registration type:
          • Academia: $999
          • Life Science Product Manufacturer: $1,499
          • Non-Exhibiting Supplier: $2,499
What is the refund policy?

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Replacement of a registered attendee by a colleague within the same company will be accepted. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to info@thepackout.com.

Is there a cap for the amount of badges my company can purchase?

thePACKout strives to ensure diverse representation across the industry. To achieve this, exhibiting suppliers are limited to 4 badges per company, and non-exhibiting suppliers are limited to 2 badges per company. There is no badge limit for life science product manufacturers.

If I work for a supplier and am an approved speaker, is my badge included in the maximum that my company is allowed?

No. Speaker badges do not count towards the maximum number of badges allowed for a supplier company.

What does the cost of registration include?

Attendee badges include access to all conference sessions, keynotes, meals, networking events, and workshops.
