What types of events do you cover?
I specialize in brand events (product launches, pop-ups, brand activations, influencer dinners), personal celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, baby showers), and corporate experiences (conferences, company celebrations, team events). If it’s worth remembering, it’s worth capturing beautifully.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for most events, though I often have availability for last-minute bookings. Peak seasons (spring/fall and holiday season) fill up quickly, so earlier is always better!
Do you travel for events?
Absolutely! I’m based in suburbs of Montgomery County but love to travel. Local Philly events, as well as events held in Chester, Bucks, Montgomery, or Berks County are included in the base package pricing. For events outside the those areas, travel fees will apply based on distance and accommodations needed.
What's your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days. If you need it faster, there is a Rush Delivery add-on.
Can I share the content on social media?
Yes! All packages include full usage rights for personal and commercial use. Share away on all your platforms – that’s what this content is made for.
What if my event runs longer than expected?
No problem! We can add additional coverage hours at $200/hour. I always build in a small buffer, but if we know in advance that timing might shift, we can discuss options.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event.
What do you shoot with?
I shoot with the most updated version of iPhone. All photos taken are in Raw format and videos are taken in 4K with a 30fps. All edited videos are exported in 4K 30fps.
Can you match my aesthetic?
Absolutely! During our pre-event consultation, we’ll discuss your event or brand colors, aesthetic preferences, and content goals to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your vision.
What happens if you're sick or have an emergency?
I have a network of trusted content creators who can step in if an emergency arises. Your event will be covered, and the quality will remain consistent with what you’ve booked.
Can I request specific shots, moments, and/or trends?
Definitely! I encourage you to share a shot list, , must-have moments and/or trends you are trying to re-create during our planning conversation. While I’ll also capture candid, documentary-style content, I want to make sure we get everything that matters most to you.
