This is the second project Clayco and Mark Anthony Brewing have partnered to build.
LJC and Clayco were selected as the design-build to expand Mark Anthony Brewing’s recently built Glendale, Arizona facility. The scope of the project includes a new pilot plant with a CO2 recovery system and wine and spirits tank additions.
LJC’s engineering team provided integrated building and utility engineering to support the design and delivery of Mark Anthony Brewing’s large-scale brewing and packaging facility. Services included early-phase engineering coordination, schematic architectural and building system development, and detailed mechanical, electrical, and process-utility support to align complex production requirements with an efficient design-build delivery. The team also provided construction-phase coordination and documentation to support phased installation, commissioning, and startup of this highly automated manufacturing environment.
