Apparently, we will be able to reenact those magical scenes from "In My Time of Dying" with our very own Supernatural Ouija Board.

I say we all grab our blankies, sleeping bags, pillows and have a big ol' sleepover in the family room. We can watch scary movies, tell ghost stories....and in the morning, I'm making waffles. ;)

As reported earlier, lj-a-thon is well under way. When you get a chance, you gotta head over to and_ed's and partake in the festivities.

I am totally trying to participate, but seeing as I'm already a day behind, I can tell ya it's not going well at all. But, here is my first post; a bit of a companion piece to Barb's 'pink' post yesterday.

So. I've had this window open all day. Apparently I was going to type something. I had chosen the sleeping!Dean icon for a reason. What that reason is, I have no idea now.

But since I am here, and typing, I will say that I hope that everyone is having a faboo 2014 so far and that Tuesday night's Supernatural was friggin' awesome and I can't wait for the rest of the season.

I will also say that this week is really going very slowly and I totally think it's because there's a 3-day weekend at the end of it.

In other news....nope, there is no other news.

Apparently I got a little ahead of myself in wishing Jeremy Renner a happy birthday yesterday. Turns out today is Mr. Renner's birthday! Heaven forbid we should age before our time right, Jer?

As part of my getting back into the blog swing, I humbly present you with an email exchange between me a couple of my colleagues:

It all started with an email from our Supreme Leader:

Subject: Coffee cup has gone a wandering

Dear colleagues,

I seem to have left my coffee cup somewhere in the building. It is blue and has a logo for the Four Seasons Nevis on it. If anyone comes across it, I would be grateful if you could direct it to my office. Thanks!!

And then the imaginations went wild...

me: I am totally having images of Supreme Leader’s coffee cup just wandering around, asking how to get to the 3rd floor.

colleague 1: Obviously the cup is distinguished and has a tweed suit to keep him warm. Supreme Leader deserves better than a rescued, cold coffee.

me: With leather on the elbows. Maybe a pipe. Of course, he doesn’t smoke it, but likes to have it...just ‘cuz.

Colleague 2: Can’t forget the top hat.

me: And a monocle. I think we just turned him into Mr. Peanut. ;)

Colleague 1: I was going for more Sherlock, but I’m happy to negotiate.

me: I can go for that. No monocle...violin instead.

Colleague 1: And a pot of cream as his sidekick Watson.

So, The Sis and I saw Thor last night (in case you missed that fact in my last post). I'm not going to post any spoilers here, so this is really going to be short.

To put it simply, go see Thor! If you in any way enjoyed the first movie or The Avengers or just have the hots for either Chris, Tom, Natalie or Kat. And whatever you do, hang in 'til the end of the credits. You won't be disappointed. :)
