Is pricing per team or per user?
Pricing is per user. Minimum of 2 users per team. However! You only need one license per active user in your team.
Baseball Example: If you have 1 coach and 3 catchers, but there will only ever be 1 coach and 1 catcher actively communicating during a game at a time, you would only need 2 licenses. With just a few taps you can make users active or inactive in the app.
When does the annual pass make sense?
If you plan to use the app for more than 4 months you should purchase the annual pass. Then you can use it all year long.
Does each user pay for their own subscription?
No. Only the administrator, creator of the team, manages licenses and payments for the whole team. Only the administrator makes payments to The Headset App. (This is most likely a head coach.)
