My sole provision to my Privacy Policy is that I DO NOT condone ANYONE who uses information on this site to harass, threaten, or otherwise negatively affect those IN any posts, articles, Live sessions, OR comments.
My personal life IS private and what I CHOOSE to discuss about my life is not intended for use in anyone else’s articles, posts, or comments on another Substack OR social media platform.
IF I choose to disclose details of any kind, it is because it is RELEVANT to my reporting and journalism, or because I MAY have outages from time to time because of personal reasons.
Use of my articles, posts, and Live sessions are freely given to anyone, with the caveat that ANY denigration or use of my information in a manner that it was not ORIGINALLY posted or said, is liable to legal action, which I will warn EVERYONE, I am fully capable of committing legal action for ANY reason on my own abilities in court, and thus NOT necessarily subject to lawyer fees or ANY contrivance which would hinder me from taking such actions, either personally, financially, or legally.
This caveat also includes “selective copying” of any portion of my posts, comments, or Live sessions in a manner intended to fraudulently claim any action or words that were NOT in the original intent and content.
