Grands are 4.5, 3 and a 4 month old with another due this month!! All live in town.
I had several surgeries about 4 years ago and got out of shape. I quickly learned that if I want to be an ACTIVE part of their lives I had to get fit. A year later much better! Love spending time and running around with them.

Kristen – I’m trying to get all caught up. Just wanted to say I just love you and appreciate the way you reach each of us where we are. The second opinion I got (after a neurosurgeon scheduled me for L3-L5 spinal fusion on Jan 20th) was steroid injection, PT and losing weight would “really help.” He suggested I get on the WW app on the way home. Been there done that. I don’t do diets. I had been following you for a number of months and wanted to be like you but had felt like crap for so long but hearing your voice on your stories and all gave me a glimmer of hope.
On the way home I scheduled my PT (3 times a week) and it was perfect timing as you were starting the 21 day reset. I felt like I already had relationship with you so I trusted you and was hopeful that my being at the point of being sick and tired of feeling sick and tired was about to change.
This has changed my life Kristen. I will better grate 1d will be signing up for Gr ,U1.
That first week (of the 21 Day Wellness Reset) I already had renewed energy and then to kick things off with the colonoscopy. You know I haven’t been motivated to do diddly squat for years but the timing was perfect. My PT is great. Getting my core strong. I actually feel my muscles again and I am painfree almost all of the time. I’ll be on the zoom Sunday and look forward to opening up the link you sent. My husband is so impressed in the change he’s seen in me that for the first time in his life he is reading labels (I’ve always been a label reader) and he was shocked to go around the store yesterday finding his favorite junk snacks he eats for traveling and realizing one thing of his red licorice pull and pill has 15 g of sugar per bundle. He usually ate half a package on a road trip.
After overhearing part of your zoom a couple of weeks ago he’s finally taking hydration seriously (my years of telling him that fell on deaf ears).

You are truly an inspiration. I hope that I can improve my health this year, I feel that I am so unfit. My Mum is 98 years of age, she lives on her own and is amazing. I live close by and try my best to look after her. My wonderful Dad passed away in 2022 six months before his 99th birthday. Hard work throughout his life helped keep him fit and healthy and live till a ripe old age. I’m now aged 67 but my parents were probably much healthier when they were my age. I have 3 adult children and 2 wonderful grandsons aged 4 and 18 months. My family are my life, I want to be an Active Grandparent so that I can help everyone. I’m so glad that I discovered your Instagram page 😊

I’m having less black tea too… I was a huge consumer! Knowing I’d have to replace that cup with another water kind of put me off.
Still loving 1 extra hot flat white coffee after my lemon water though. Sticking to 1.
Toilet stops at night, even with 7pm cutoff are still a bit annoying.
As I’m here in New Orleans from Australia, it could be a bit of protracted jet lag ?!

Hi there again. I’m doing the active grandparent class. It’s great. I’m glad to know. I’m not the only person on the planet who thinks car seats have gotten way more complicated.

I’ve definitely noticed my skin looking plumber, (my daughter agrees), and as I don’t carry extra weight, some days were scarier than others. Deep lines with darker circles under my eyes were rather annoying and something I thought invasive solutions were my only option. This took a positive direction around day 3. Yay!!👏

I’m a grandmother of 4 but I watch my two youngest granddaughters ages (1 and 3) 3-4 days a week, 10 hour days so all of your fitness tips have been helpful too! Every night after I brush my teeth I do my wall squat and yogi squat. I try to walk 2 miles every day before grandkids arrive but I still need to do more weight bearing exercises especially for my arms!
Kristen’s guidance and encouragement during the 21-Day Wellness Reset made it possible to experience results during and after the program. I continue to reap the benefits of restructuring and prioritizing nutrients in what I eat and drink. I feel amazing and noticeably stronger and plan to stick with my new health supporting habits. I was surprised by how a hydration practice and increasing my protein intake has changed how I look and feel. This program was a great investment in my health today and tomorrow.

I love your content on food and eating healthy!! I totally would be interested in how to manage menopause and just general effects of aging nearing 60 that I struggle with even though I feel like I stay healthy and work out 3 to 4 days a week….. aging is not for the faint of heart but you are very inspiring 🥰
I was fortunate to find Kristen on Instagram and saw her notice about the 21-Day Detox. I have done detox or elimination phases in the past and had a memory of how good I felt at the end. I was anxious to try again – COVID, stress, and “vaccine hangover” all resulted in less than optimal health and well-being. I was foggy-brained, energy deficient, and bloated from inflammation. I went into the detox confident the process would help, what I didn’t know was how fantastic Kristen is. She is a masterful coach who brings abundant energy, enthusiasm, and optimism to the process. On top of that, she is highly competent – every bit of advice she gives or experience she shares, she backs up with extensive research and education. Her wealth of knowledge is amazing. I now feel full of good energy, cleansed, and ready for my next adventure. I also know that I have a resource in my corner for ongoing support.
The 21 day detox went well for me overall – a couple of breakdowns with a martini or two and a Zac Brown concert in the mix, but all in all I will say it proved very beneficial for me in that my cravings have gone and I love how much water I drink everyday and how even after a Zac Brown concert and maybe one vodka over the line, I was not craving carbs to get me back on track but water. I will tell you the hardest part to relinquish was coffee ( I love my first and only cup of coffee ) everday. However I have not gone back to that habit and will try to only have that cup on Saturdays and Sundays. I feel better, more focused, and more careful about what goes on the end of my fork. I am incorporating more walking daily, ie, 10,000 steps and strength train 3 days a week. I am far away from perfect but I am less flawed than I was 20 some odd days ago.

I did this (the detox) last year and it was transformational. I had been under alot of prolonged emotional stress. My digestions was terrible, I felt inflamed, exhausted and anxious. I stuck to Kristen’s plan and honestly felt amazing afterwards. She is so right about forming new HABITS and ditching old. That was the key for me and having her support to keep me accountable made all the difference. I highly recommend you give this a go. You won’t regret it.
I just completed the Culinary Cure Detox and Reset with Kristen. Those 21 days were so amazing. I decided to use the supplements to give the whole process a boost and so glad I did. In good news – I was able to drink 2 to 3.5 L of water a day and I am feeling so optimal. It’s crazy – I’ve never felt this way in my life. I feel like my cells are hydrated, I sleep like a baby, I feel so well rested whether I’ve had 8 hours of sleep or not, and I just have so much energy.

My weight loss started without fanfare. Without a goal of losing weight. The pandemic lockdown just changed my priorities about exercise and eating better, (as did your daily reminders, which were so helpful!). I started drinking lemon water every morning, not for all the things you usually mention, but because the color was sunny and the aroma so uplifting, every morning. I started examining what I ate and why. Just small adjustments here and there. Drink 100oz. H2O min. Each day. Walk 3-5 miles each day, to take my mind off things. My gym closed, so I’ve been lifting “old school” using my own body weight. I’ve been just trying to be as happy as possible, and grateful for everyday. I think that has lowered my cortisol load tremendously, and also helped with the weight coming off. I eat much less, but much more nutritiously. Occasional treats, and martinis. And MUCH more sleep. Thank you for all the inspiration!!
Thank you Kristen Coffield for the 30 Day Detox & Reset experience and for all your support. You always answered my texts, emails, or social media comments quickly and thoroughly. No question was too mundane. I have learned more than I expected about food as well as habits…good and bad. I plan on participating in another detox this year, but if you will excuse me, for now an artisanal bar of deeply, dark chocolate awaits me.

I just adore Kristen Coffield! I have gotten to know her through her many (20+) appearances on WJLA 24/7’s Good Morning Washington. When I enrolled in the Culinary Cure Master Class, I really thought I was doing so many things right. Boy was I wrong. Kristen’s 4- week course really delivered on its promise to help me better understand the importance of the nutrients that our bodies need, and so many of the hidden agenda’s that as consumers get us on the wrong trace.
Keeping my food journal for the first two weeks was very eye opening. I discovered that I was consuming too much caffeine and not nearly enough water, and too much processed food (protein shakes and powders), and not enough real plant- based foods. I was able to make those adjustments and start to expand delicious foods that I could incorporate and eat on a daily basis.
One of the big take away moments for me was also to begin to categorize food into “functional food” or food that your body needs for fuel, and “celebratory food”, food that you might eat out on a Saturday night with champagne and friends. No one was telling me not to eat this or that, but rather to understand the difference and to give myself permission to “celebrate” when appropriate.
I now have the tools to eat a healthier more plant -based diet coupled with many more sips of water throughout my day. My energy level and positive mood have never been higher.

I found the class interesting, easy to follow and packed with useful information. I especially found keeping a journal of everything I ate (and drank) revealing about how my habits were sabotaging me.
