REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY:
We know life can get in the way sometimes, and inevitably sometimes you can’t make it…but we plan on you being there. Rather than cut you no slack, we offer more than most:
NOTE:
- Deferrals – are only valid for 1 year (ie you can only defer an entry one time).
- Transfers – must be used for the current registered year.

- Sold out events – if the event you are moving to is sold out, you cannot move.
- No cost – If the event you are moving to costs less, it is free.
- Pay the fee – If the event you are moving to costs more, you will have to pay the difference.
- Change events? – you can do this yourself until Wednesday of race week. Here is how you do it!
Merchandise Return / Exchange Policy: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly at info@thecactuscup.com to initiate a return or refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.
