Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

• You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your Substack account settings

• After cancellation, you retain access to paid content until the end of your current billing period

• No further charges will be made after cancellation

Refunds

• Refund requests made within 7 days of a charge will be honored in full — no questions asked

• Refunds after 7 days are considered on a case-by-case basis

• To request a refund, email anupam.chugh@gmail.com with your subscription email and reason

• Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days
