Once the application period ends, a committee will evaluate all completed applications and pair mentors with mentees according to each applicant’s goals. During the initial virtual meeting in January, mentors and mentees will have the opportunity to meet individually to set measurable goals for their relationship and agree on a regular meeting schedule.

Is there a cost to participate?
Participation in the ARA mentoring program is complimentary for all employees affiliated with the rental industry.
When will I have more information on who I matched with and when the program will begin?
Mentor/Mentee participants will be matched and notified of their match by December 22, 2025.
Do I get to meet with my mentor/mentee in person?
Program participants attending The ARA Show in Orlando will attend a Meet and Greet.
An in-person meeting is highly encouraged, and participants can receive up to $1,000 reimbursement for an in-person meeting between mentors and mentees
If I apply, am I guaranteed to be given a mentor/mentee?
Only fully completed applications will be reviewed for the program. Due to our focus on creating successful pairings, not all applicants will be selected to participate.
