Standard production runs 7–10 business days from proof approval. Rush options are available if you're working with a tight deadline, just mention it when you reach out and we'll let you know what's possible. Shipping time is on top of production, and US shipping typically adds 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Vector files work best, AI, EPS, and PDF give us the cleanest results. If you have a high-res PNG or JPG at 300 DPI or above, that works too. And if all you have is a rough sketch or a photo of a logo, send it anyway. Our design team can redraw it properly at no extra charge.
