Welcome to the Alliance Fastpitch, where collaboration and celebrating the athlete are at the heart of our story. Launched in 2020, the Alliance sparked a movement of competitors working together off the field to grow the game across the country. The vision for leveling the playing field and creating structured pathways led to the formation of a national organization - Alliance Fastpitch.
Together, we are reshaping amateur softball into one National league system with a unified structure and mission, centered around three pillars:
Competition
The Alliance Fastpitch offers a defined pathway to play on the field. Nine regional leagues comprise all 50 states, where schedules consist of existing softball tournaments from that region. Teams earn points, stats and National berths from these tournaments. Postseason competition includes League, Regional and National Championships.
Recognition
Did we mention the athlete is at the center of everything we do? We provide numerous opportunities to recognize the performance of our athletes, help them build playing resumes & recruiting profiles, and gain regional and national exposure along the way.
Community
We were founded on the premise of bringing the broken system of travel softball together. Our community of coaches, players, parents and fans are here to honor the game, and continue moving the sport forward. We believe everyone should have access to resources to further their development.

Coaches can register themselves or their team, then invite their athletes to join, or athletes can join on their own as “free agents.”
