BLAACC Magazine is published by the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky African American Chamber of Commerce. The second issue of BLAACC looks at wealth and power in the Queen City area while featuring a number of women taking charge and making names for themselves in the businesses ranging from fashion and beauty to health and finances.
