The WOD Timer is a high-visibility CrossFit and HIIT workout timer-your gym stopwatch for AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, and interval training. Built for functional fitness and "for time" metcon workouts. Version History Version 3 is a major redesign of The WOD Timer. The app has been rebuilt with SwiftUI for a cleaner, more consistent interface. All core features (Count Up, Count Down, EMOM/interval, Tabata) are preserved and improved. The timer now follows the system light/dark appearance, and the UI has been updated for better usability. Several bugs were fixed, including the countdown display direction and timer restart behavior. The app continues to collect no data and requires no network access. No new permissions are requested. 3.0.0 May 18 Fixes a crash that can occur when the timer is manually paused 2.5.1 06/17/2023 This version contains under the hood improvements to the app, so that I can easily and quickly release updates. 2.5.0 05/12/2023 - Fixed a potential crash of the timer - Cleaned up the project for future improvements 2.4.3 03/30/2020 Minor update to fix an issue where the timer was not presented as full screen, and was easily dismissed. 2.4.2 01/24/2020 Fixed a potential crash. 2.4 07/14/2019 Thank you for all of you who are already using the app! Hope you find it useful. This update adds a fresh look for the summer!  The app was already very low impact on the battery, but if you are rocking an OLED screen this also means even lower energy consumption. Fixed a few bugs mostly related to being able to start a timer without setting all necessary rounds and durations. Fixed a bug where the settings were not saving correctly. 2.3 06/20/2019 I'm back with a tiny update for you all, and by tiny I mean a smaller app size with a few very minor changes. 2.2 02/11/2019 - The screen should not go idle while using the application - Fixed an audio related crash. - Fixed an issue where the default settings were not applied for new users - The timer should be better aligned on smaller iPhones - The timer should be correctly centered on iPads 2.1 02/14/2017 ** A fix for all current issues is waiting for review, hopefully it will be out really soon ** Your WOD Timer just got even better! Gone is the old, out-dated look. I completely redesigned how the app looks, feels and works. When you first open the new WOD Timer, an all new mode selection screen will present itself so you can set the desired mode and time even more easily. The new features include: - A new app icon! - An interval timer with an EMOTM (Every Minute On The Minute), and High / Low intensity setting - A tabata timer - A higher contrast white background clock (don't worry, the good old dark background is still there, its called the 'classic') - Options to play sounds even when your device is muted, or mute all sounds all together - Stopping the timer will present an option to restart it (no pause yet, let me know if this is something you think would be useful) I'm working on a feature to let you send me feedback or suggestions, keep an eye out for it in the near future!
