It's a few years since I first travelled to Thailand and I soon found out that the stack of guidebooks and apps I d purchased for my travels, only contained endless lists of places to visit and things to do but with very little insight on anything else. As far as I m concerned, when I m heading off to a far flung shore, I d find it far more useful to know what to expect in terms of public facilities and what to look out for so that I don t get ripped off or into trouble. I therefore thought it a good idea to start documenting what I did, saw, and learned from speaking to the locals, and the content of this app is the result of numerous subsequent visits. There are over 100 pages of content with advice and guidance covering all manner of activities relating to entertainment, travel, health and non-specific general advice but new content, sections and photos will be added on a regular basis. I ve also added in a page containing some useful words to know, as well as a page of emergency contacts just in case. The app is therefore entirely constructed using content based on the actual experiences of myself and friends who ve accompanied me. Every photo in the app has been taken by me and is therefore subject to copyright law for re-publication. All information and images were accurate at the time.
