TFSprintStart - Innovative science based software used for Track & Field
TFSprintStart application (Part of TF Series) is applicable to Track & Field run & relay events. It provides simulation of start commands & gun sound primarily for sprint races. Audible & Visual indications are provided for each start command.
Application also provides run timing from gun start & can be used to estimate reaction time. It can be used as a Personal Training aid.
It is compatible with & follows guidelines from USA Track & Field Coaching Manual.
Application is intended to help athletes improve command posturing prior to race start, reaction time, & acceleration at race start.
Timer commands provided include Start Timer, Stop Timer, & Reset Timer.
Multiple Start commands provided include Ready Signal, On Your Marks, Set, & Gun Fired. Adjustable parameters provide delay time between each Command. Set parameter has a random component.
Single Ready, Marks, Set, or Gun Fired commands are also provided.
