    Italicized text and inline-code font-size should be consistent with the rest of the block. Maybe inline-code could have a subtle background color, too?

    It’s odd having to scroll to the top of the comment box to access the editor controls. No me gusta. Could the controls float at the top of the viewport, or appear as an inline overlay?
