ITC Venue 2026
ITC 2026 will be hosted at the Renaissance Glendale Hotel Located at 9495 W. Coyotes Blvd., Glendale, AZ 85305
ITC 2026 attendees can take advantage of our exclusive room block rate of $159 per night by booking through the following reservation links. To receive the discount rate reserve by September 23, 2026.
We strongly encourage attendees to use the online reservation link, as it connects directly to the ITC room block and helps ensure the correct rate and room availability. If you prefer to phone in your reservation, call 1-800-931-1595 and provide the group code INT to secure your room within the ITC block.
Important Details:
- A MINIMUM 4-NIGHT STAY (SUNDAY – THURSDAY) IS REQUIRED. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR RESERVATION. NO CANCELLATIONS OR EARLY CHECKOUTS WILL BE ALLOWED. HOWEVER, NAME SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE PERMITTED.
- PARKING: The fee for parking is $15 valet or overnight self parking and $10 daily. Parking in the west parking lot is complementary and is first come first serve.
- CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-In time is 4:00pm and Check-Out time is 11:00am. Please contact the hotel directly for more details.

If you are unable to stay the required 4 nights, we suggest you book another hotel as soon as possible. The below hotels are a few suggestions but there are many others in the area. Booking your rooms prior to 5/1/2026 (when the NFL schedule is released) assures you a room for the conference at a good rate.
