Use your computer to make local as well as international calls through the VoIP (Voice over IP) protocol. Requires you to create your own username and password and pay a fee that varies on the location that you need to call to. The tool only works if you have an active and preferably stable Internet connection.

Telcomo is a VoIP application that allows you to call world wide. You can install it as a normal application without special configuration. A username and password is necessary in order to access the SIP Servers. The software will require an active Internet connection since it's connecting to SIP/VoIP servers.
