Meet Dr. Tejal Pandya
Tejal Pandya, M.D. knows what it’s like to be let down by our healthcare system, as a doctor, patient, and family care giver. Her mission is to create a care environment where you feel safe, you’re seen as a whole person, and the doctor-patient relationship is at the center of your experience.
Dr. Pandya is a general surgeon with fellowship training in the care of the esophagus. She is uniquely qualified to provide comprehensive care in this specialty area that includes diagnostic evaluation, medical management, endoscopy, and surgery. She is available to see patients for esophageal or general surgery conditions.

Do you only see patients in Fresno?
We have clinical offices in Fresno and Porterville, CA. We also offer telehealth consultations throughout CA and WA states.
If you are outside CA and WA, then the Reflux Review and Roadmap Program may be for you.
Do you take my insurance?
We take most insurances in our clinical office. Before your first appointment we will check your coverage and communicate with you. If we do not take your insurance, you may be able to use out-of-network benefits and get reimbursed.
What is the Reflux Review & Roadmap Program?
This program is designed for clients who need someone to take a deep dive into the tests and consultations they already had, to understand their symptoms more carefully, and put it into the big picture that we often don’t get seeing many different specialists.
You will get a thorough review, a summary report, education, and a roadmap for potential next steps that you can use to continue navigating your care.
This service is ideal for clients who are not based in CA or WA, who want an outside perspective from a specialist, or who just want time with an expert to truly understand their condition so they can make informed choices about their care.
This service is cash based, no health insurance is involved.
