Normalisation, Raters, and QA

Normalisation: All subscores are scaled 0-10. Mixed units (e.g., ms, % uptime) are normalised to a common 10-point scale, then weights are applied.
Raters: Each provider gets at least two independent passes (benchmarks plus UX test). Disagreements trigger calibration review.
Updates: Major product changes (pricing, architecture, features) trigger re-tests and CSV updates; minor changes are noted and rolled into the next refresh.

Testing Environment

We run hands-on tests in controlled environments with reproducible configs. Hosting benchmarks use identical WordPress installs; hardware wallets are tested with new devices from sealed boxes; exchange evaluations include live trading of small test funds to validate UX and performance.
