Nothing! TechAccess is free to attend, both in-person and virtually. At this time, we can only offer virtual attendance to those located in the US.

Will there be accessibility accommodations availabe?

Yes! We will have ASL interpreters and live captioning available for all attendees, and large print programs available for in-person attendees. All program details can be found on the 2026 Sessions and 2026 Speakers pages. We will also make all session materials available when they are received. We strive to make our conference as accessible as possible, so please let us know if you need any additional accommodations, and we will do our best to make it happen.

Yes! There will be water, tea, and coffee available throughout the conference, and lunch will be provided for in-person attendees. There is also a cafe on the same floor of the venue.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes! The session recordings will be available as a playlist on the Oklahoma ABLE Tech YouTube channel shortly after the conference is over.

Do you provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or certificates of attendance?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide general CEUs or certificates of attendance at this time. However, all Oklahoma ABLE Tech trainings and conferences are pre-approved by the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) to provide Continuing Accessibility Education Credits (CAECs) for maintaining IAAP certifications. Visit IAAP’s Certification page for more information about their certification programs.
