TeamSystem HR2026.2.10

The TeamSystem HR mobile app is the solution with which the relationship between the company and employees becomes digital. The service, made available by the Professional to the employees of its customers or from the company to its employees, allows to improve the processes and communications between the company and the employee and speeds up the sharing of documents, including the payslip, the CU and other digital dialogue functions with the company.

The main functions available are:

- view the progress of the salaries received and download or share the payslips in legible PDF format

- search, view, download or share CUs (unique certifications) in readable PDF format

- view and possibly change your personal information (residence, domicile, marital status ...)

- view and possibly insert, modify or delete your bank details useful for the payment of monthly wages

- view the information of your employment contract (qualification, job, level, CCNL applied ...)

- view the residuals of company loans, assignments of the V of the salary, foreclosures, company shares

- view the residuals of holidays, permits, ROL, former holidays, bank hours

- request holidays and leave and consult the status of the relative authorizations

- communicate an illness event to your company by sending the INPS protocol and the medical certificate (employer copy)

- request justifications for absences other than holidays and permits (e.g. permit for blood donation, study permit, permits L.104) and consult the status of the relative authorizations

- communicate on the move the stamping of presence at work, also geolocated

- allocate working hours to customers / orders / activities on the move with the possibility of automatically acquiring information from TAG / NFC

The app will be usable only by users who will receive an invitation email from companies with whom they have an employment relationship to use the service; the individual functions inside require an authorization by the professional or company.
