Team Nation is a brain training program designed to help teams attain playbook mastery through increasing football IQ, play recall, position memory, and reducing critical errors resulting from missed assignments. Each player is provided with a training program of quick, bite-sized lessons presented as competitive games that adjust over time to maximize playbook retention. Team coaching staff inputs playbooks (or uses our preloaded library of plays) to define which plays team members should be learning first. Compete head-to-head with other team members or reach the leaderboard by completing individual learning challenges. The more you and your team train with Team Nation, the more you’ll improve critical cognitive skills linked to recall and game-day confidence. According to a ScienceDirect 2020 study, students showed an 89.45% increase in learning scores when using challenge-based gamification in classroom settings. Team Nation applies this proven methodology to learning playbooks. Designed by learning professionals and football pros, Team Nation helps you master the playbook. Give time back to practice sessions so you can focus on conditioning drills, team building, and anything else you’ve given up in order to learn the playbook. It also includes some updates to the dashboard which now uses overall scores instead of just focusing on the playbook scores.
